Η Ναυμαχία της Σαλαμίνας

In this video we examine in depth the naval battle of Salamis, one of the most important battles in ancient Greek history.The battle of Salamis and the victory of Greeks against the Persians played a major role in the prevention of further Persian invasions in ancient Greece. We also analyze the strong and weak points of the two opposing forces and the war tactics and principles of war used by the Athenian Admiral Themistocles in order to lead the Athenians and their allies in a glorious victory against the Persians. The video includes Greek and English subtitles.
